Family Day

Our monthly family day comes on the 4th Sunday of the month. Starting at the Kembla Heights hall at 12pm and running through until approx 4pm.

The day features walk up artists and bands and everyone is welcome. 

The association provides backing bands for the afternoon and artists are welcome to make use of these musicians.  Make sure you bring at least 4 sets of chord charts for the band. If you are a solo artist or accompany yourself, then you are welcome to have the stage for yourself. Each artist is normally limited to 2-3 songs but it depends on the number of walk ups on the day. Please no backing tracks - we like our music live. We sometimes feature guest artists and bands for a feature during the afternoon.

The association runs a canteen on the day with BBQ food, pies & sausage rolls. Bottomless tea and coffee available.

Remember everyone is welcome and you don't need to be an expert. The association exists to foster and encourage new talent both young and old.
